This retreat is designed to help women find and explore practices that reflect the truth of God’s Word in their daily routines. From diet, to exercise, from thought life to being well rested Sacred Rhythms will expose insights and promote understanding of how to not just live, but flourish, in our every day living. Led by a practicing physical therapist and a nutritionist, Sacred Rhythms will help you live more deliberately, more centered and holistically.
